I was sitting in my car, miserable and itching non-stop. I had a rash all over my neck, chest and arms and at that point I had itched my skin absolutely raw. I had been dealing with a stress allergy for weeks.

That is when it all came flooding in... the process to energetically heal from my stress allergy. I sat in the car and started doing this new energy work on myself. I immediately felt relief! The itching had died down, and within a couple of days there was no sign of the previous rash that had wreaked havoc in my life. That is when Meridian Allergy Alignment™ was born.

I had been studying energy healing, intuition, and personal transformation for over two decades at that point. What began as a deep curiosity about my own intuitive gifts evolved into a lifelong passion for helping others heal, reconnect with themselves, and tap into their intuition.

Then things got... delightfully weird. The more I trusted what I was receiving, the clearer the communication became. Eventually my spirit guides were speaking audibly through my video recordings. Not because I'd suddenly become "special," but because I'd learned how to get out of the way and listen.

That's when I realized intuition isn't a gift reserved for a lucky few. It's a language. And like any language, once you learn it, conversations become possible. I believe the answers we're seeking are often closer than we realize. Sometimes we simply need the right support, perspective, and tools to uncover them.
